The historical Guido mine in Zabrze recently hosted an official gala on the occasion of the accession of Lower Silesia to the European organisation bringing together the most interesting industrial monuments. In Poland, these include the above-mentioned Guido mine, as well as the breweries in Tychy and Żywiec.
