Our offer comprises translation and interpretation services, including certified translations. We also supply audiovisual and multimedia conference equipment, simultaneous translation equipment and complete technical service. We advise our Clients on how to organize a successful international conference.Our offer includes more than the translation itself. We also guarantee:
• Comprehensive (administrative and organizational) translation services, both written and oral (e.g. during workshops, trainings, conferences, and exhibition openings).
• A personal assistant at your disposal, taking care of your order every step of the way.
• Assuming responsibility for selecting the right translator for a given task (we possess a large database of reliable translators and interpreters who are specialists in a given field and possess vast experience).

• Unconditioned confidentiality and ability to meet deadlines.
Order processing procedure at Behlert & Behlert:
1. Accepting an order:
To commission a translation or conference service you can:
- send a text you wish to have translated by e-mail to: translate@behlert.pl
- phone and place your order at the following telephone numbers:

2. Translation order:
After your order has been placed, you will receive confirmation in the form of a translation quote, mentioning the type of service, price per unit, execution and delivery (by e-mail or fax) dates.
Please confirm your order.
If you decide to fill out our quote request form and to commission a translation project to us after you have received our reply, you will only need to confirm your order by e-mail.
3. Delivery:
The translated text can be delivered to you by electronic or regular mail, by courier service or by fax.
All documents submitted by our Clients are treated with the highest confidentiality. All translators we cooperate with have signed a confidentiality agreement.
Since your satisfaction is very important to us we are open to all individual needs and requirements. We welcome any glossaries supplied by our Clients in order to use coherent terminology. Upon request we can also translate your documents using CAT ( SDL TRADOS) technology.
The order and delivery methods can be adjusted to your individual needs. We also value your time, so we always determine the deadline in close cooperation with the Client.
